Keystone Project
Since 2010, our neighborhood has partnered with Friends of Wolf Run to obtain matching grants to strengthen the riparian zone and stabilize the banks of the Elm Fork of Vaughn's Branch that runs the length of Bob O Link Dr.
The Big Picture
We've expanded our work beyond the riparian zone to create a conservation plan for the entire 3-acre property. This includes neighboring greenway properties as owners join the efforts to protect our valued space.

A Legacy Rooted in Generosity and Family
Exploring the Lives of the Sigafus Family and Their Impact on Community
Step into a rich tapestry of family history, spanning decades and continents, as we recount the remarkable journey of the Sigafus family. From humble beginnings in rural Illinois to transformative experiences across Indonesia, Thailand, and Kentucky, this story celebrates resilience, love, and the enduring impact of one family's generosity.
At the heart of this legacy lies the cherished Bob-O-Link Greenspace, a symbol of unity and shared joy, brought to life by the unwavering spirit of Linda Rae Sigafus Bradford.
Through trials, triumphs, and tender memories, discover how the Sigafus family shaped not only their own lives but an entire community, leaving behind a legacy rooted deeply in kindness and connection.
We were saddened by the loss of Linda, our neighbor. She was a strong and generous soul whose kindness touched everyone around her. She will be deeply missed, but her spirit lives on in greenspace.

Planting Trees
Trees and greenspaces play a vital role in creating healthier, more sustainable cities by lowering temperatures, reducing energy demand, improving air quality, mitigating urban heat island effects, and supporting biodiversity.
Protecting Streams
Healthy riparian zones, stable stream banks, and effective water quality management are key to reducing pollution and protecting aquatic habitats. Small streams and wetlands also play a vital role in supporting biodiversity and ecosystem functions.
Reaping Rewards
Greenspaces enhance physical and mental well-being by providing opportunities for relaxation, exercise, and social connection. Access to nature can reduce stress, improve mood, and foster creativity, helping people thrive in healthier environments.
